Sparks Team AMSOIL Training Call for Monday July 29th, 2013.

This weeks call we talk about that “Ah-Ha” moment from the 40th AMSOIL convention.

Eric Worre, who we interviewed back in May talks about this and how company events have propelled his business to the next level on numerous occasions.

What was that one moment at the AMSOIL Convention, that one person you talked with, that one activity, that one class that affected you the most. How do you plan to implement what you believe to be your defining moment?

For us, our Ah Ha moment was the Friday night Bell group picture and boat ride. It was so awesome, especially for me to be up on the boat taking the photo of the entire Bell Group to see that all those people that were there mainly because of the Bell’s and those leaders in their team that worked hard to get their dealers there. Looking out over 100 dealers and thinking, I can do this.

How can I inspire, teach, training 100 of our own to show up to the next AMSOIL convention in 2018?

The next thing was the AMSOIL Direct Jobber Dinner when our whole table was filled with DJ’s that are serious about building their business and the excitement in their eyes about what the AMSOIL Business Opportunity can offer anyone who chooses to work hard, help others, and teach them that we have a better product, and a better way to get that product to market. AMSOIL products are top notch, but it’s off of us the dealer network that is responsible for understanding why AMSOIL is better and how to get that out to our customers.
